    Hi Everyone,

For the first time I were recently given access to Property Data Solutions.com (PDS) and could not believe how helpful the software is in providing you with valuable information on Property ownership, sales history, and access to many data reports. My only problem is Im an individual investing in property and find a monthly subscription of $165 +gst to PDS is to expensive for one person. I do understand there are similar web sites whereby you can purchase one off reports similar to property data solutions however this too can become an expensive exercise.

To continue on in becoming a successfull property investor I would dearly like to have access to the above web sites. Are there any people in a similar situation that have overcome this problem or can provide me with some suggestions……???

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers Mat[thumbsup2]

I assume you may already know these sites but if not check them out to see if it helps. Another way is if you are pretty chummy with a real estate agent they have access to this information which they may pass on

    Hi Mat,

We use http://www.abr.com.au. They have an annual fee of $200 then the reports are extra but usually only $20 – $50 depending on what you need. All online and have results, including titles searches in seconds.

    Hi there

if you are purchasing property in QLD you might be interested in the new smart maps available

    http://www.nrw.qld.gov.au/factsheets/pdf/land/l99.pdf

which incorporates a lot of the information in other reports into a shorter form at a reasonable price.

    Hi Amanda,

Thanks for that. What sort of results do they publish on ABR.

    Cheers Mat
