    Hi guys,
I am quite new to the game of property investing, but it has made me think very different about the direction of my financial future. I have been trying to read lots of books (all of steve’s, of cos!), and it has motivated me to make a first step to try and buy my first IP.

Is it a bad idea to buy my first investment property overseas?
I have been looking at New Zealand at the possibilities of finding a postive cash flow property. But I am not sure really how to arrange to buy a property overseas.

    can anyone give any insights?

    thank you

I suggest you get your feet wet in your own backyard first. OS investing is fraught with stumbling blocks and dangers , even if you have experience.

There are plenty of markets and opportunities here in Aus. The grass is not always greener.

    Cheers,
    Marc.
