Looking to start in the world of positive cashflow investments with some lease options.
Was wondering though how you go between your buyer exercising their option and you then yourself exercising your option with the vendor in a neat and tidy fashion. (assuming you don’t yourself own the property but have a lease option yourself with the vendor)

Is there a set procedure for this?

You might be able to just reassign your option to the end person, or do a simultaneous settlement.
