Thankyou very much Richard for all your advice and hard work to set up (and sort out) our financial arrangements. Although I have dealt with a MB before, they certainly weren’t as quick and efficient as you were and I don’t think they were as knowledgeable (probably the benefit of being a financial advisor as well I suppose). I still can’t believe that I have a lower interest rate, than what I could negotiate, and only one flat account fee for 3 accounts – no bank fees/charges-those banks must make a killing off unsuspecting customers who think they will be rewarded for not shopping around. I am even more impressed as I didn’t even have to change banks.
To everyone starting out I highly recommend Richard Taylor if you need some advice. It’s also nice to see (as a forum member) that Richard (Qlds007), Mortgage Hunter and (I think) Terryw are frequently online helping people with advice about finances, loans etc. This is an area of property investing that can be stressful if you are just starting out like us. I haven’t been on another forum yet that has so many experienced people in all fields helping out beginners and I am impressed.Thanks again Richard.[thumbsupanim]
