strata title registration – subdivision Perth

Hi all,

I’m in the final stage of a strata subdivision in Perth.
All the clearances are ok.( council, WA planning, sewer, water,electricity, etc…) And I believe my surveyor has sent all the forms to Dola. I was advised that I have to contact a settlement agent to get the title issued.

Do I really need to ? Can I do it myself?

I would be greatfull if anyone has some information on this last step.
