Hi all,
Recently we held a competition on our site for people to submit a story about their property investing experiences, and those not so good. Marc (aka LA Aussie) submitted a story about his first investment property which we thought deserved the book prize.
Well I want to say a big thank you to Michael Yardney (forum member) & author for donating a signed copy of his new book “How to Grow a Multi-Million Dollar Property Portfolio” as the prize to Marc.

On that note; the “Lemons” thread is noticeably short on posts. Come on you guys – put your egos in your back pocket and pull out the courage and tell how bad it was. Even “The Donald” went broke once.
