    Hi guys,

    I am new to this forum and also to Property Investing. Just read Steve’s third book and I am getting ready to make a start in 2007. I guess the first step is to find a good accountant ,and for that matter a good lawyer, who is into Property investments.

    Any ideas? Thanks for the input in advance.
