    Hi all

    I do not know how to load photos on this site, so if you wish to take a look at the B4 and after photos of my latest reno go to the http://www.somersoft.com and look in the users gallery

    Wow, that is one tiny place, what a challenge. Very neat and tidy, but there was not much you could do to rearrange the kitchen. It is nice to get a job completed, and I hope it has added plenty of value. Thanks for sharing.

    and Good work Celeste,
    have you done many reno’s before?
    How do u go doing them while looking after yr fam?
    Do u live in them while reno’ing?

    I am considering this strategy more lately ,and have done a few recently but have found it a battle as the ones i have done have been either overeseas or a minimum of 13 hrs drive away.
    I am probably going to manage the next one while being in the area , and get a bit more hands on ,without actually doing all the physical work.

    Whats yr secret?

    Whats yr secret? So far I do all the work except elec / plumb / shower screens – tho this will change, I have changed from 1 bed apartments to a duplex pair of 3 x 1’s – total junk yards one has not settled yet as they cannot get the tenant out
