    Hi

Investment Detective turns 2.0, that’s right, a major upgrade to this comprehensive deal analysis tool adds even more valuable features to help find the right deal for you.

Steve’s latest book, 0 to 260+ Properties in 7 Years, reveals a ground breaking and unheard of way to do deal evaluations. It’s call 3-2-1 and is covered in chapter 15, the advantage of evaluating deals this way is that you build up a complete picture of what the property is potentially worth to you and the potential risks involved so you can make an informed decision rather than winging it on a hope and a prayer. Don’t guess, act on the numbers or you could find yourself investing in a money pit!

To coincide with the release of Steve’s new book, Investment Detective has had a major overhaul to include these new concepts and many other new time saving features.

With the latest version you will get
    – An Investment Detective installation disk with all the tutorial videos
    – 12 months of free online upgrades when new versions are released
    – Email support – If you have any problems working out the program, or you have anything you need clarification on (there is so much functionality after all), shoot through an email and I’ll be happy to help you out
    – Get access to the valuable new deal analysis techniques detailed in Steve’s new book, 0 to 260+ Properties in 7 Years.

You can watch a video featuring some of the key new features here http://www.JATPACDesigns.com/videos/id/v2_new_features.html.

    Hi There,

Is there an upgrade path for people who have purchase version 1 to version 2? Or do we have to pay the full purchase price?

    Thanks,

    Antoni
