    Hi guys,
I’m just wondering if anyone has a fantastic mortgage broker they could recommend? Not a good one, a brilliant one!
I’m just so sick of mine taking forever to complete my loans even though i get him all the stuff he needs quickly.
I know it might be easier to do it myself but i still like the idea of a broker if only i could find a suitable one.
    Any suggestions?

    Cheers
    Morty

Pick up the phone and call Simon above. Or Stuary Wemyss. You will do yourself a great service if you do.

hi Morty – how did you go?

I would be happy to help you.

We have very high service standards. I always make sure that loans are submitted the same day we take the application (unless it is a night appointment of course then it gets loaded the following day). We also update you with progress reports whenever anything is updated on the loan.

I have a testimonials folder if you want further references!!!

Must admit i would recommend both Simon and Stuart over someone who comes on here to promote their services and then does not post again for another few weeks until they need more business.

Hi, its not easy to find a good broker.
It sounds like you are a property investor and therefore you need someone who understands where you are now and where you want to be to make sure it is all structured properly.
Ask them how many investment properties they have and how they structure their loans, this will give you insight into if they are a doer or a talker.
    kind regards

Barry don’t think many people will respond to a UK email address for an Australian loan enquiry.

I agree with Kylie I would have no problem in showing anyone potential clients details of my entire portfolio and giving them a CV of my experience.

Too many brokers have only been in the game for 5/6 years and have very little in acumulated wealth. Also I personally would use a MB who is also a Financial Planner but i guess i am slightly biased.

When you take out debt you need to consider risk cover and a MB is not licensed to offer such advice.

    Cheers
