Thank you for your suggested resources. For those who are wondering, Your Investment Property Magazine will be a magazine aimed at experienced and inexperienced investors alike. It will cover issues such as minimising capital gains tax, negative versus positive geared investment, up-to-date info on “what’s hot” on the property market and profiles on various property investors.
We’re aiming for circulation of 30,000 copies for our first issue and we will be releasing issues bi-monthly. Our first issue will be on stands in February, 2007.
