Hi,
I love the forums. I have avoided some huge pitfalls by investing time in investor advice.
I think it would be great to create a commercial forum link. I just bought my 1st IP residential (first ever house) and I would love to learn more about commercial/industrial ventures, to broaden my portfolio.
Perhaps it would bust some myths?
