    Hi people.
l’m in a jam and l am hoping someone might be able to find a way in financing my place .
l bought it 18 mths ago on a deposit and licence agreement while settling . The banks would not come to the party on account of rural zoning and me being self employed .
l’ve put $10% down and have payed off a further $5k while waiting for settle. l need $168 .
At this stage if l could work it out with someone even if it costs me a bit more it is better than nothing as it’s my family home .
Please PM me if you’d like to talk it through .
    Max

It may be difficult to do, how much do you think it is worth now?

    Thanks Terry
    Difficult alright , l’ve tried for 3 mths , l only have 2 weeks left .
l think it’s worth atleast 250 but that doesn’t seem to impress the last broker that had it or the banks at all.
l would consider a wrap at this point if there was one around a little cheaper . l just have trouble liking the idea of paying an extra 40 or 50 on top of a price l bagained so hard for.

    Hi Max,

Sorry for the late reply, I am in Thailand.
Thats a LVR of around 67% needed. It may be possible to do, but time is running out. I won’t be back till next week. Maybe you could try Paramount Mortgages http://www.paramountmortgages.com.au
