    Hi all,
My question is how do I find out about deceased real estate for sale? I have found a website through the public trustee but there doesn’t seem to be many listings in our area. Is it best to go into the local publ;ic trustee office & let them know that I am interested in them selling any unneeded properties to me?

I don’t necessarily mean that I want to take them at a low cost…I just see them as potential properties as they may have been held for some time and need some renovation work to make them more attractive & positive cashflow outcomes. Any one’s suggetions would be fantastic?

I have heard of people checking the local paper each week and ringing the trusttee office asking if they have any property…would this be a way to go about it?[blush2]

    Thanks…Di Burns
