    hi all

just wanted to ask for all the people living in sydney what they think of lane cove as a growing area, and if the lane cove tunnell will indeed add value to the area as the real estate agents think it will.

i have a PPOR in lane cove (unit on mowbray rd) and am curious as to peoples thoughs on the area

    thanx

Though it’s a toll road, the tunnel, I believe, is a long overdue piece of infrastructure that will impact positively on prices in Lane Cove.
Lane Cove has always been a strongly held area and, particularly on the Plaza side, has seemingly defied the downturn period with few examples of price drops since 03 sales.

I prefer the Plaza side myself, but Mowbray Rd side becomes attractive when you are positioned close enough to walk to Artarmon Station.

    Cheers,
    Jacque

    thanx for the reply.

from your point of view it will be a +

i think as far as location goes and also the leafy suburb that it is, if the traffic eases around the area it may well have an effect.

any more points of view……………………experts anyone?
