Write an irritatingly catchy, commercially friendly paint-by-numbers pop song and sell it to somebody who can actually sing*. Make royalties your friend.

    F. [cowboy2]

    * Best to avoid ‘idols’. Sure, the initial hit will do well regardless of quality, but you’re looking for royalties that continue to flow for… well, more than 11 days.

    South-seas, railways, gold-leases, land-banks, Angora goats, Pyramid(c), Ostriches, Y2K, DotCom, Pawlonia, Westp…

What’s next? It’s in your hands.

    Hi Dom,

    Hows this,
You learn a bit about property, buy one, write a book about it, hold seminars about how you did it, tell everyone you can find them cash flow properties but first they must pay you to join their club, offer low doc no doc 120% loans for an application fee then 6 months later tell them they were unsuccessful,
If you realy want to branch out buy some shares, write a book etc
When people start comming to you and asking for their money back you can just tell them that it’s all their fault and to p..s off.

Or maybe you should buy another property

Put an add in the paper “Send $10 to PO box XXX and I’ll post you details of how to make thousands of dollars” When they post you the $10 send them a letter saying “get a PO box, put an add in the paper when says send $10 etc etc etc”[biggrin]

    Hi Dom.
You can start a network marketing business if you like that sort of thing .
The good ones have very good training and you learn to handle rejection and meet a lot of people.
It gives you Passive income but it is not easy.

You can start Mcdonalds if you have the money.
    cheers

daviddannai gave you a very good answer… buy large quantities and sell small quantities. Eg buy a property on a corner block, (1,000sqm) subdivide or redefine boundary, sell second block, or build a house for 2nd renter. You only pay stamp duty on first purchase.
