    Greetings Mortgage brokers etc etc

Im considering re-financing my Ip’s due to the fact that they will come out of their fixed interest rate period next month and i think i can get a better rate.

The only issue is that i have just come back from a very long holiday and have just started work this week. I fear that the fact that i have no current work history will turn me away from most lenders.

The Ip’s are neutrally geared and i have cash investments paying monthly interest that kept me going while away.

So what can people offer me???

    I live in North Sydney,

email me direct on [email protected]

Thankyou, hope to give someone off this site some business!

    Jason :)

    Hi Jason

Not really enough information to provide you with an accurate answer.

    1) What is the loan balance and approx value of the IP’s.
    2) Are they or will they be mortgage insured.
    3) Who is the current lender and do they have any break out fees even on their variable rate loan.
    4) Employment wise have you returned to the same employer or the same field of employment.
    5) Is there a probationary period with your new job?

Should keep us all going for the timebeing.
I appreciate You may wish to take some of this personal information off site.

    Cheers

    Thanx for the reply Richard,

I kept most of those details private as i only wanted to discuss them with the brokers direct. (also that my situation is quite in-depth and needs a bit of explaining)

I have had a few people contact me, and im discussing my options at this point in time.

    Thankyou :)

    Jason :)
