Number Cruncher

Just made a new number cruncher you know when you want to do quick rough numbers on a deal.

So that it does yield, 5% purchase costs, deposit, Interest, CoCR, costs to run it, that type of stuf.

Made one for that all you do is enter two numbers: Property price and The Rent and that’s it, it gives a readout like so.

Can then just copy & paste the rough numbers into the forum to have a yack about the deal.

Deposit = $20000.00
Loan Amount = $80000.00
Purchase costs = $5000.00
Weekly Loan Repayments = $130.48
