Have anyone use the service of Chan & Naylor?

I am interested in their Property Investor Trust, which is like a hybrid, half unit and half discretionary.

    I am wondering whether:
    (1) Banks will loan money to you?
    (2) Will the Tax Office happy with such trusts?

    Thanks and regards…

Banks and the ATO have no issues with trusts as long as they are used within the law.

As for the Proterty Investors Trust- try the search function and remember that the laws have changed since Ed Chan wrote that book.
