Good morning!
I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience in letting out individual rooms to students, particularly in Churchill/South eastern Gippsland. I believe that this would be the way to maximise the potential of my IP, since it is very close to Monash Uni in Churchill, however, I would like to get some info on those who have done it before. I have already asked my PM and she said that she soen’t know any management agency who would handle such an arrangement, but I’m not convinced. Any advice?
