    Hi all!!! i need information on purchasing property in perth ,and a good finance broker ,have tried listing sites, eg, domain etc . without much luck..cheers john whitelaw….

    Hi John,

    I believe the Perth market is well and truly overheated at the moment and unless you are prepared to invest for the long term (and ‘know’ with a degree of certainty that the next few years will be slow) then Iwould look elsewhere.

    Affordability constraints are looming and the current market is a replica of eastern capitals in 2002/2003 period. Some of the investors and home owners who purchased at the top of those cycles are now sitting on negligible growth, or in some cases negative equity.

    While ‘time in’ is important do not overlook ‘timing’
