I’m in spain at the moment and I’m astounded at the developments over here, there is building going on everywhere! (including outside my bedroom window) with my limited economics background I do understand the supply vs demand model and I figure there must be a lot of foreign investors here.

so, anyone invested in spain or looked into it in the past? I figure I could look around a bit while I’m here to wet my property apetite.

Yes, I would be interested in investing in spain and have lately wondered how to go about it. (cos im spanish) What are the property prices like. I have heard that they are very expensive and that most people can only afford a “piso” which is more or less a small townhoseunit.
Are there many Cash flow positive properties there? And what about things like stampduty tax finance, land tax etc.

    Cheers
    Ben
