Has anyone heard about the Cash Flow Mortgage, being offered from Investors direct, through the Royal Bank of Scotland?
I listened to a presentation yesterday, and this brand new product gives you rates starting at approx 3.5% with the rest of the interest capitalising, and the rate increasing by 1% each year, however, you can refinance back to the low rate every few years.
The result, apparently, is improved cashflow, and more money working for you…….
Almost sounds too good to be true [hmm]

As a investors direct client i also attended the seminar and on initial overveiw the product looks very good as far as cash flow, i suppose my only concern is that if you property doesn’t maintain good growth you are eating in to the equity each year.
What this will do though if it takes off is start to generate some good competition within the market to the benefit of the savy investor
