    Hello.

Anyone know where online to find stats for historical growth in NSW suburbs? For WA the REIWA website has free stats by suburb but NSW stats seem to be harder to find (somewhat like everything over here).

You can download a free postcode search from http://www.propertyvalue.com.au. For actual property sales data (for a fee) you could try http://www.abr.com.au
Hope this helps, otherwise these figures are usually printed in the monthly API Magazine available from your newsagent.

    Thanks Amanda.

I’m a new subscriber to API but hadn’t heard of that website. I’ll check it out now.
