Some comments from more experienced property investors needed. I am looking at getting my first investment and negatively gearing, I have read to ATO rent documents, I have some fundamental question: say my net rental loss is 15k and my salary is 80k I pay tax on 65k salary. So I can calculate how much tax on 65k that is using ato tax calculator. Is this correct.
