it is my first time on the forum. i read two of Steve’s book, sold the negative geared properties in sydney, and in process of moving to brisbane. we are interested in a piece of land near sunnybank area and it is big enough for subdivision (according to the Sales Agent). could anyone advise how we should start for the subdivision, can i find a guiding list somewhere in this web. since we are new to brisbane, we do not know any reliable professional contact. do you happen to know anyone i can start, hopefully, he/she can speak Cantonese/Chinese.

how big is the peice of land and what is the frontage size?
