    Hi guys,

I’m really interested in positive cashflow property invesment eventhough I’m still studying in uni and have not got my own home in Australia. I want to know the policies which are applied for oversea investors. Where can I find them? How much tax will be applied for oversea investor when they own and then sell the property, provided that they have not got residency in Australia.

Thank all for ur replies. [thumbsup2]

It may depend on where you are from. However you need to check with the foreign investment review board. Normally a foreign nation can buy an off the plan property but not an established home.

Thankx, I’ve just checked the Investment board. The policies are against foreign investment with lots of restrictions. I think I need to become a Australian resident to be able to fully join in the invesment battle.

    Have a nice day!!!
