    Hi everyone

I have come across this Rick Otten wrap pack on ebay… currently at $200… It retails at $2,997 on Rick Ottens website!!! Has anyone purchased this before??? Did you find it worthwhile??? Seems like a brilliant idea to increase cashflow in a deflated market. (IE NOW) I have met another guy who has been to his workshops… He raves about the workshop… But the WORKSHOP IS EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE… (And I really can’t justify paying too much)

Would love your feedback, it seems like a bargain currently.

Personally i would never purchase a wrap pack but i guess it is an individual decision.

I have purchased Steve’s ‘Wrap Kit’ from a member on this forum, as Property Investing has quit selling them.
Though unsure if I will use it (I prefer Lease Options), the educational value is immense.
There is much more to the Kit than meets the eye. Many things in there are worth the price on their own. The Bonus CD with marketing ideas is also very good.
I am quite sure that Otton’s Pack is also well worth it. Whether one uses all the information or some of it – even one idea can be worth much money. However, if no ideas are put into action, well…
