    Hi everyone,

I’ve been reading lots of excellent advice and I was wondering if anyone can spread some light on the following?

Is it worth putting accumulated Superannuation money (under $100,000) into a property so you can own it outright and have managed in a super managed fund?

I have been told it’s not worth doing this unless you have at least $150,000 to spend.

My idea is to buy the investment outright, pay the outgoing costs on the property + the yearly fees to a managed fund manager and in 10 – 15yrs time (when I retire) be able to sell the property & inherit captial growth. I understand in the meatime there will be maintenance costs and perhaps these will come out of the earnings from the unit or my pocket!

Any help on this is appreciated
    Laughing Max [rolleyesanim]
