Any recomendations for a valuer to value a property for CGT inner bayside Melbourne. How much is the average vauluation??Was recommended around $250. A company was recomended to me trhough this forum and they wanted me to pay $450 plus GST

    Any advice appreicated.

Moving out of PROR into another property but holding onto PROR and turning it into an investment property. Wanting valuation as of date I move out of PROR for CGT when sell in the future[blush2]

You could keep it as main residence and rent it out

drawback to this is other property is not main residence and liable for CGT

$250 would be on the cheap side I would say for CGT purposes. $350 to $450 would be closer.

    Maybe try Egans?
