    Hi all

I am looking at purchasing some property and having the vendor leave 20% in the deal. Can anyone recommend a good financier who is experienced and open to this scenario, and also can anyone advise on how they have worded a contract to include repayment of the 20% deposit to the vendor?
Am I correct in thinking that the vendor can either take out a 2nd mortgage on the property, or make cash available for the deposit?
Anyone out there with experience? Would love to hear your story.

    Thanks for thinking

    Hi Maia,
    Of Course.

I have a broker who specialises in this type of financing for me in NZ … however you have to have a deal signed up before she will do any work for you (wasting time management). she will give you guidelines of what you need to complete the paperwork and rates are pretty good.
PM me and I will give you the details
Make sure you tell her I sent you and seh will give you a golden glove treatment [biggrin]
    Cheers
