    Hi all [biggrin]

Have just started 2 new projects that will require close monitoring to ensure they progress as per our plan.

Would welcome others views and experience on what project management software / tools they use and find work.

    Thanks

I use excel spreadsheets and an exercise book for each property in which I keep everything.

    Simple, cheap, works.

    Hi

would definately reccomend Microsoft Project. If you do decide to use it, would also highly recommend taking a short course at your local TAFE / business college etc so you can utilise the package to its full potential.
