    I was wondering if anyone out there has experience in subdividing residential land in the Greater Bendigo area? (One large block, keep house and sell on 1 or 2 blocks.) Can you suggest a good surveyor etc to deal with. And any pitfalls you my want to share with me. Costs involved etc?

    Hi Winzer,
    I don’t live in Bendigo, but you might like to start with a visit to your local Council with a list of Questions. They can be very helpful and will let you know what is possible in your circumstances.
