    I have the opportunity to develop 1500m2 of land that is 2km out of Adelaide, I would be able to build 6 3 bedroom 2 story homes. There is a lot of redevelopment going on in the area. My problem is that I need to get finance. Does any one know how to find private investors who would be interested in this type of deal.

    Hi Rob

    do you need fiance to build on the land ?

    or finance to buy and Build ?

    If you have titile to the land it will be a lot easier for you to get the money to develop.
