if you want to see everything that is listed for sale through real estate agents (remember often the best deals don’t come through agents) then look at http://www.realtor.com

Hi there, I found this site helpful to sift out the growth counties within states based on recent US census data.
N.B- Nevada tops the pop. growth list at 3.5%+ with Arizona closing in at 3.4-3.5% followed by Florida. It is also expected the population of California will double by the year 2018-2020.
