Is it acceptable to post a possible property investment opportunity?? I dont want tread on toes or do a no-no.
In the meantime, has anyone got advice on how they have found investors on a small scale, to come in on a small unit development & what proposal they put forward for a win-win??
This is along the lines I am thinking, so am looking for comparisons. Cheers![biggrin]

    Hi impatient

Instead of using the words “investor” or “investment” possibly consider the terms Joint Venture and JV Partners.

Sorry I can’t help you with a development proposal. Good luck.

    Cheers, Paul
