For some reason I had the urge for EZ-Rent to be the first property investment analyser software with the updated income tax rates that Peter Costello announced a few hours ago. So some quick coding and here we are, hot off the compiler
This is for a limited time only. I don’t even know if Labor will support the changes (although I’m sure they will), but ultimately, the ‘official’ next release of EZ-Rent will be available only via the Peach Home Loans website.

downloaded your free package, thanks very much.i have one question. when i enter the new property cost and borrowing costs it assumes the total amount of the borrowings and monthly payments, but i borrowed 106% and i can’t seem to adjust it . can you help?[blink]Hi Bluegum
As a workaround, maybe use the ‘other loan costs’ field to simulate your extra borrowings? (just tick the ‘override automatic calculations’ button in the ‘Purchase and Loan Costs’ screen.
