Hi everyone
I know this is not the usual sort of post, but I have quite a few property investment issues I’d love to chat to someone about – not really problems, as I’ve read all the books and done all the research – just looking for ideas and insperation from some positive property-minded people.
I suppose I could post each separate issue, but wondered if there are any long-term investors out there I can email. I’m not looking to put someone up in my house like the offer in “Jaffa’s” recent post, but would gladly buy a beer or two for any property “expert” who is in Melbourne.
Maybe you could share your ideas on this forum to benefit everyone? The benefit you would also gain is the advice from many, not just one (drunk) mentor![biggrin]
