I have recently been interested in securing my financial future. That said I started share trading in december. Now that I’ve set that up and things are looking smooth I looked into other investment forms, which led me to steve mcknights book which in turn led me to this website
What steve says really piqued my interest so I was just wondering if what he says is possible in todays age where the recent property boom has skyrocketed house prices. Before I spend a lot of effort in research, because I am a uni student that is also working
, I was wondering if people who have succeeded in recent +ve CF deals, within the past couple of years, post there deals. Nothing specific. Maybe like was the property a house, flat, etc. Was it located in the country or city suburbia, etc. I just want to know if this +ve gearing idea is worth pursuing.Cheers

Yes they still exist. All you need to do is look, Speak with agents and educate them as to what you are looking for – They will call you as soon as they find it generally. They do this because they get the same commission for the sale if they list and sell it to you in a day or they sell it to joe blow at the third open house. Saves them time and effort…
