Hi Everyone,
A builder has just suggested a joint venture for about 10 units in a mining town. No real discussion yet, we will go into that tomorrow.
Essentially I have access to finance etc and he has the skills and the work team.
Has anyone any suggestions or advice on structuring the financials of such a partnership or what particular questions need to be asked before proceeding?
