Accountant Needed

Hi all,
I’m hoping to find a good accountant in South East Melb.
Characteristics I’m going for are as follows:
1. Expertise with taxation of investment property.
2. Expertise with investment structures (especially those relating to property).
3. Around the age of 25-35.
4. Committed to working with me long term.
5. Prices somewhat related to service [suave2] ie: I’m happy to pay a fair amount for good service.
I know that probably not many accountants out there meet all of the above criteria, but if anyone knows someone who think they is suitable, please PM or post. [evo]

Mt Eliza and Kilsyth would be a fair distance for me to travel – GGA have a good background however. Will be doing my due dilligence in making this decision that’s for sure.
