Ive found a property that has 4 one bedder units, the unit consturction is fibro and old. Im thinking of developing the block by demolishing and putting either some town houses or even a new block of four or six units.
I cant seem to find a guide to how much this would cost anywhere. Anybody have any idea of ball park figures?

Well iv actually got 2 sites, both 600 sq metres. One is zoned medium density ant the other high density.
It obviously all depends on the standard of the fitting you are including but rule of thumb would be around $1400 / Sq M.
