Well I am going back to the United States next week. I am going to help set up a property management and investment division of a company that I have been dealing with. Once this is done we will be in better position to assist people with purchasing forclosures. We are also purchasing apartment complexes and although the complexes have onsite property managers the new property management department will over see them.
I am a great believer in establishing foundations so that it is safe for investors to move ahead. I do not believe in testing out the market by using someone elses money. We want to make sure that we get it right first. The business will be aimed at USA investors, but that will give us buying power and the ability of have US investors in apartment complexes and still give Australians plently of opportunities to be involved. It is also far more attractive for Americans to purchase stand alone houses because they are already in the US tax system.

We are also looking at conducting a property briefing in Melbourne and Sydney in late May so if anyone is interested just let me know.

I will also post here while I am in the United States to help people be informed as to additional information that I come across and to share my experiences.

    Thanks Richard,
So it looks like the rates over there are not much lower than over here.?

Are they lower for locals and citizens I wonder ?

The choice of lenders and products is a lot greater for locals and citizens.

    Limited FN lenders out there.
