    Let me know if you want any help. (i am based in Perth) App fee $250 no ongoing fees. all you need in ABN for 2 years or accountants letter to confirm you have been self emp 2 years

    Dependant on the size of the loan would you not be better off with 6.76% variable and pay the LMI.

    No Accountants letter required.

    Yes I agree (Colonial) I assume has the option fantastic rates & products for low doc…

    Incidently Firstmac has changed since my last message to 7.05% LOC and now customer pays MI so not so appealing.

    Colonial/CBA dont discriminate against S/emp including me!!

    Another good low doc apart from Colonial is GE Money.

    No Mortgage insurance and just below 7% also good to deal with (turnarounds)

    Forgot to mention Westpac has dropped rates for Lowdoc too.

    RAMS will lend up to 80% on no doc or low doc without LMI up to $500k and Macquarie will go above that. National Mortgage Company is another one. I would recommend using a good broker to help you sort through the maize of lenders. Use on that doesnt charge a brokerage fee so it wont cost you any more than if you went direct to the lenders themselves. Also make sure you use one that has mortgage planning experience.
