Check this page out it may be the help you need if not speak with the council direct at their Nerang Office and they should be able to steer you in the right direction.

    Coff,
This needs dd, and should not be done in a hurry. But with the right deal it could be worthwhile. There is lots to learn so hard study and ask lots of questions.

    Thanks Stuart and Harley

I had already contacted the council by phone and they gave me some information .

But, nothing like hearing it from someone who has been there done that as I am sure there are many pit falls which could cost all and any profit.

‘( This needs dd;) agree but the auction is soon, first timer nerves.

    Thanks again
    Coff
