    I am looking at developing a property that I have in Perth and have previously used a surveyor for my current house. I wasnt that impressed with him.

    I am looking at devloping a R20/40 block which an existing house. Its in redcliffe and i understand that the belmont council can be difficult to deal with.

    If anyone has a surveryor they can recommend or have done any developments in the Belmont area, it would be nice to get some recommendations/advice.

    Not sure if recommending a specific business is “good forum paractice”. However, I recently used these guys and was very happy with the job they did. They were reccomended by my architect. Send me a PM if you need more info.
