Can anyone please recommend a good property development book? I have read most of the standard investing books but am looking for some specifically on property developing

I think Derek was putting together a list of books so perhaps send him a “PM”, but I found Ron Forlee book Australian Residential Property Development a good reference book.

    Hi Redbox,

I am reading Michael Yardney newest book “Grow a Multi-Million Dollar Property Portfolio” – in your spare time. It is a great book I bought it yesterday and can’t put it down! Great straight forward information.

    Cheers

Eeek – hey Amanda I enjoy a read and read widely (just finished ATO legal database reports on Harts case and related matters) but not making a list. [biggrin]
