    i need some help as my wife and I want to sell our investment property in Christchurch CBD, NZ. Anyone know any reputable agents and solicitors in the area that i can get in touch and organise the process willl be appreciated.

    If you need a good agent who will give you straight forward and honest advise talk to Gavin Herridge at Harcourts in Christchurch. Gavin was a police officer for many years before moving into Real Estate. I have delt with Gavin on a number of occasions and have always found him great to deal with.
