NZ Town Predictions

– Hi Everyone

With a new financial year approaching I thought it timely for us to make some predictions on areas that we think will boom over the next year. Lets get away from the negativity.

My top three

Tararua District/ Pahiatua:
– New sports stadium just built, close to Palmy, in the desirable Wairapa. Still properties under 100k with rents yet to move.

Westport
– Will continue its good run last year. Good beaches, huge rental pressure with large coal industry.

Long shot Patea
– Not much there but close to Hawera which has boomed and making rents less affordable. Coupled with the beaches and could be a dark-horse.
