    Hi all

Can anyone advise on the following –

If multiple units, on separate titles are purchased at the same time, is stamp duty payable on the aggregate value or is it calculated on the value of each individual unit?

The impact being that stamp duty (in Victoria) will be higher if calculated on the aggregate due to the stepped rate increases.

    Thanks in advance.

    Greg
